Amalia Lal is a Sophomore in Bethpage High School taking her first year of journalism. Although her given name is Emily, she often goes by the name Amalia, which is her name in Greek. Amalia is fluent in Greek and is in the process of learning French. She loves listening to music, reading, writing, and learning new things. In the future she aspires to become a lawyer or a pharmacist through hard work and dedication.
