The Eagle’s Cry: What is your favorite part of being a member of 3 varsity teams?

The Eagle’s Cry: How has working out consistently impacted not only your physical but mental state?
JE: “I am constantly working out for 3 hours a day and only eating single ingredient clean food in order to maintain my weight to make my wrestling weight class. Whether you see Joe on the wrestling mat, football field, or in the halls, feel free to say hello!
