Announcements
- Seniors: there will be a representative from Louisiana State University today @ 1pm in the Guidance office. Any interested seniors can come to Guidance for the rep visit, after first checking in with your classroom teacher.
- Unity Day, started by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center in October 2011, is the signature event of National Bullying Prevention Month. This is a day when we can come together in one giant, ORANGE message of hope, kindness, respect and support. The call to action is simple: wear and share the color ORANGE. This vibrant statement becomes a conversation starter, showing support for students who have been bullied and for bullying prevention. This is why you will notice a lot of orange in the building today.
- All seniors are welcome to sign up for upcoming college rep visits in Naviance until 12 midnight the night before the visit. If you have any questions, please come to the Counseling Center for assistance.
- Attention all juniors! Please pick up a class ring packet during your lunch period in Cafeteria B to bring home to your family. The class ring representative will be coming to our school on Tuesday October 31st and Wednesday November 1st for you to order your rings. If you do not have a lunch period, please stop by the main office for your packet. If you have any questions please see Ms. Kugler
